Pella were appointed in 2018 to  provide Development Consultancy to Starwood Capital who are the JV owner of The Silvertown Partnership with Lendlease.

A reserved matters application was approved for the first phase of the 65 acre regeneration project encompassing:

  • 87,989m2 of Residential (C3) – 943 new homes across 5 plots

  • 49,931m2 of Brand Use (Sui Generis)

  • 16,865m2 of Office (B1)

  • 8,703m2 of Retail, Community & Education (A1, A3-5 & D1)

Revisions to the Master Development Agreement have been agreed with the GLA and a revised masterplan is being prepared to provide:

  • 6,300 Residential Units (50% Affordable)

  • 120,000 m2 of Commercial Space (including Brand)

Construction enabling works for Phase 1 has commenced.
