A 4 acre site adjacent to the shopping centre in Harlow town centre was freed up. A pre-application process was followed by a public consultation with the local community and received a unanimous approval at the Harlow Planning Committee to provide:

• 447 new homes private homes (nil affordable)

• 40,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space

• Significant public realm and landscaping improvements across the entirety of the site.

The development site was sold for £15,550,000.

A £14 million construction project creating a six screen Cineworld cinema, restaurants, gym and retail units was also completed.
