Appointed as Development Manager by Bellworth from Malaysia in 2012, planning permission was grated in 2014 for 36 high end residential apartments and 47,000 sq ft of offices.

The development has been completed.

Pella are now acting for the Malaysian owners to complete the commercial lettings.
